"I’m not sure if I just got unlucky..."
I’m not sure if I just got unlucky, but my order took almost two weeks to show up, and the tracking barely updated the whole time. The items are cute, so I don’t totally regret ordering, but the delivery part was frustrating.

"Helpful for emotions, but not a total hit"
This did seem to help with feelings a bit, which I appreciated. For some reason, though, my kid lost interest in it quickly, so it wasn’t something we stuck with for long.

"I was expecting this to feel a..."
I was expecting this to feel a lot softer, so I was a little disappointed when it arrived. The quality felt kind of cheap to me, at least for what I wanted it for. It might be fine if you’re not too picky or just need something basic, but it wasn’t quite what I had in mind.

"I bought this thinking my daughter would..."
I bought this thinking my daughter would want to cuddle with it at bedtime, but she barely even touches it. The fabric feels a little stiff and not as soft or cozy as I expected, so she lost interest quickly. Also, the reminder messages were way too aggressive and started to get annoying fast. Overall, it just wasn’t worth the money for us.

"Nice products, but support was really slow"
I liked the items, they’re cute and looked like what I expected. But my order went missing, and getting help from support took way too long. When they finally replied, it didn’t feel especially helpful. Overall, nice stuff, but the customer service side needs improvement.
